Shipping Policy
Fido products are shipped via UPS or USPS. You can choose which method based on stated rates. In stock products will usually ship within 2-3 business days. ALL orders placed outside the USA will be voided and credit returned to card of purchase. If you are looking for our product outside the USA please look over our Dealer Page to find our distributor in your area. We are sorry if this caused any inconveniences but due to import regulations on various items we carry we have to abide by this policy.
Backorders
In the event the item/items you order are not going to be shipped out within 5 business days we will make the attempt to call and notify you and find out your preference to either void transaction or backorder the item/items. Please be sure to provide phone numbers to be reached. In the event improper email or phone numbers were not provided we will return the credit to the card used at purchase.
Guarantee and Return Policy
Fido Inc. is committed to providing the best quality merchandise at the best price. Fido products are guaranteed free from manufacturing defects with 100% dog and customer satisfaction. Please inspect your shipment upon its arrival. Should you receive a damaged or defective product, call our Customer Service Department within 10 days of receipt of order for replacement or credit. All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. All returns must have prior authorization from our Customer Service Department. Return Authorization number and PO# must appear on outside of box. Returns must be received by Fido Inc. within 30 days of receipt of original order. All unauthorized returns will be refused. Fido’s main goal is to provide safe and healthy toys with 100% satisfaction!

Payments, Product Descriptions and Pricing
Fido Inc. accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. We do not currently accept international wire transfers, PayPal, or Smart Cards.
Fido Inc. attempts to be as accurate as possible; however, Fido Inc. does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Fido Inc. itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
We cannot confirm the price of an item sold by Fido Inc. until you order. We will charge your credit card at the time your order has been received and approved, after which you will receive a confirmation e-mail of your order. On rare occasions, items on our Site may be miss-priced. If an item's correct price is higher than the stated price, we will, at our discretion, (i) contact you for instructions before processing the order, or (ii) cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
